FAQ’S + RETURNS

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS, RETURNS AND STORE POLICIES

 Customer Service is very important to us. Here are a few facts that may help answer some of your questions. If we haven’t addressed it below, please contact us and let us know how we can help!

ORDER PROCESSING  
Orders are usually fulfilled within 1-3 business days (does not include weekends), but may take longer due to seasonal rush. Orders are available to be picked up locally, or can be shipped. Shipping services when available, are as follows:
- Free Shipping (up to 14 business days)

- Expedited (Canada Post up to 2-8 business days 

- xPresspost (Canada Post up to 2-4 business days

- Priority (Canada Post 1-2 business days but usually a next day service)

CANCELLING AN ORDER
An order can be cancelled prior to being picked up, or shipped out. A 3% cancellation fee will apply to all cancelled orders. The fee will be deducted from the order total, before being refunded. 

UNCLAIMED ORDERS 
If a pickup order is placed, and not picked up within 3 months of purchase, the order will be cancelled at the discretion of Bon + Co. Party Studio Inc. management, with no notice, and no refund or credit to the customer. After the first notification to pickup is sent, one reminder pickup notification attempt will be made to the customer via call, text or email after the order is placed, but no further reminders will be given beyond that. It is the customer’s responsibility to pickup their order within 3 months or it will be cancelled, as noted above.

ORDER TRACKING
Once we ship your order, you will be sent an email with tracking information. Please check your junk Mail folder. 
SHIPPING/PICKUP 
Shipping is calculated at time of checkout. Cost of shipping is dependent on weight of your package, shipping method you select, and your address inputted. Shipping time is in addition to standard processing time. We are an online boutique and storefront. We do offer free local pickup. You can choose the local pickup option at checkout, and we will contact you when your order is packed and ready. Pickup are available in-store. Bon + Co. Party Studio Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, only shipping to addresses within Canada is available. No international shipping. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
COUPONS / DISCOUNTS / PROMOS
The best way to find out about any discounts and promos, is to sign up for our email newsletter or checkout our website homepage. We will never share your information with anyone. You can also follow us on Social Media as we release Promo Codes from time to time, along with special announcements.

INCORRECT / DAMAGED / MISSING ITEMS
We take great care preparing your order, and if we have processed something in error, please accept our sincerest apologies, and rest assured it will be corrected immediately. You will be sent a claim form to complete and sign. Please keep the item and its packaging as we may ask you to send us a picture of the damaged package to file a claim with our supplier, or we may ask you to return the item. We will then issue a refund or replace the damaged product. If an item is missing, you will be notified when the backordered item is available. Please notify us as soon as possible at bonandcostudio@gmail.com with details of the discrepancy, and we will respond within 24 hours. Please include YOUR NAME, ORDER NUMBER, AND REASON FOR DISCREPANCY. 

LOST/STOLEN ORDERS

Bon + Co. Party Studio Inc. cannot be held liable for orders that are lost or stolen, once they have been delivered to your doorstep.  We do not issue refunds on lost, stolen or missing delivered packages. 

RETURNS

We hope that you are as pleased with your purchase as much as we were preparing it for you. If you are not completely satisfied, received an incorrect item, damaged or defective item, you must notify us immediately and return the product within 10 days of purchase. Sorry, no exceptions. Email us at bonandcostudio@gmail.com with pictures of the items you wish to return and reason for the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be refunded. We recommend that you add tracking to your order and ensure it is securely packaged. Bon + Co. Party Studio Inc. is not associated with the delivery process and not responsible for any return items not received. We will refund your original method of payment for returns received within 10 days of the original purchase date. We cannot accept returns outside of that time frame, or on sale, clearance, opened packages, seasonal/holiday items, and discontinued items. Custom made items are non-refundable. See full list of final sale items below.

If you received a promotional discount on your order, that amount will be deducted from your return.

Returns received past the allowable date (as shown on your order confirmation), or containing ineligible items will not be refunded.

Items must be returned in unused condition, in their original packaging, same as they were received, within 10 days of original purchase date. Proof of purchase is required. Your hard-copy receipt or a copy of your original online order receipt is required. Make sure to ship returns in a sturdy box, as damaged returns cannot be accepted.  We do not accept returns in paper or padded mailers.

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

  • Candy/Food products

  • Opened Packages
  • Seasonal/holiday specific items
  • Balloons
  • Sale items (anything marked down before purchase, not using a coupon code).
  • Giveaway winnings
  • Gift cards
  • Straws and utensils
  • Special Order products 
  • Clearance or Discontinued Items
  • Other exclusions may apply 

Once the returned items are received, a refund less any original shipping costs or discounts, will be processed. It may take up to 7 business days for the processing to take place. 
GIFT MESSAGES
If you require a message with your gift, we would be delighted to include a hand-written note with your order. Just let us know what you would like the note to say, and we will take care of it for you!

Keep in mind some of these safety tips while using bath bombs for children.

  • Avoid allowing the coloured water to come in contact with their eyes.
  • Make sure they do not swallow or drink the water.
  • Do not let them soak for long periods in the water.
  • Small toys inside the bath bombs could become choking hazards, so make sure your child does not put them in the mouth.
  • If you see any irritation on their skin, stop using them, and consult a physician.
  • If your child has sensitive skin or allergies, check the ingredients thoroughly beforehand to make sure that they don’t contain an allergen.

Some of the listed ingredients may have been manufactured in a facility that also processes peanuts; tree nuts; fish; shellfish; milk; egg; soy; and wheat ingredients. If you are unsure if you have an allergy/sensitivity to any of the listed ingredients, please consult your physician prior to use. If you experience an allergic reaction during any contact or use of one of these bath products, seek medical attention immediately. If you are pregnant, please contact your physician before using any of these bath products as you may have a reaction to an ingredient. These ingredients include (but are not limited to): fragrances, essential oils, dried herbs, plant extracts and other natural botanicals, natural clays, coffee, teas, natural exfoliants, natural butters, and other natural ingredients.

Our bath product maker in Winnipeg, Ontario, who creates the Bon + Co. Naturals line and other Bon + Co. Party Studio Inc. Private Label products, may use colourants and/or natural clays that may stain light coloured fabrics, washcloths, or clothing. Test a small area first, or use dark coloured fabrics, wash cloths, or clothing. Colourants, botanicals, herbs, teas, and other ingredients may leave behind residual particles on bathroom surfaces. Simply wipe the excess. These products may have a high oil concentration that may cause surfaces to become slippery during/after use. To prevent unnecessary slips, falls or accidents, make sure to dry surfaces completely after use.  

Always test a small area on your skin to check for allergy or sensitivity prior to use. If you experience problems or irritations, discontinue use immediately. By purchasing these bath and body products, you accept full responsibility to check with a medical professional before using any products that may interact with any prescription drugs, or adversely affect existing or unknown allergies or medical conditions. Bon + Co. Party Studio Inc. is not responsible for any adverse topical or internal reactions that are caused by the use of these bath and body products. All bath and body products for sale on our site are for external use only and are not to be ingested. Although the bath bombs sold on our site are made with natural, food grade/vegan ingredients, they do contain fragrance and colourants that should not be ingested. Under no circumstances are bath bombs and soaps to be consumed. Suggested for ages 3+ years. Children using bath bombs should only do so under adult supervision. Some bath bombs contain small items including toys which can pose a choking hazard. Avoid eye, nose and mouth contact. Incase of accidental ingestion, please seek medical attention.
