Orders are usually fulfilled within 1 business day, with the exception of 'Custom' and 'Made To Order' items that may take longer to process. Please see product details for shipping times.
Once we ship your order, you will be sent an email with tracking information.
Shipping is calculated at time of checkout. Cost of shipping is dependent on weight of your package, and shipping method you select. Shipping time is in addition to standard processing time. Please note that shipping timeframes are in addition to the processing times for CUSTOM and MADE TO ORDER items. We are an online boutique, with a pop-up shop in and around the city from time to time. As we are an online boutique, we do not have a brick and mortar store, but to save customers shipping costs, we do offer free local pickup. You can choose the free local pickup option at checkout, and we will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time. Pickup is curbside at Starbucks Hillcrest Mall, Richmond Hill.
At this time, only shipping to addresses within Canada is available. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

INCORRECT / DAMAGED / MISSING ITEMS
We take great care preparing your order, and if we have processed something in error, please accept our sincerest apologies, and rest assured it will be corrected immediately. You will be sent a claim form to complete and sign. Please keep the item and its packaging as we may ask you to send us a picture of the damaged package to file a claim, or we may ask you to return the item. We will then issue a refund or replace the damaged product. If an item is missing, you will be notified when the backordered item is available. Please notify us as soon as possible at email@example.com with details of the discrepancy, and we will respond within 24 hours. Please include YOUR NAME, ORDER NUMBER, AND REASON FOR DISCREPANCY.
We hope that you are as pleased with your purchase as much as we were preparing it for you. If you are not completely satisfied, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You may return orders within 10 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on sale, clearance, opened packages, discontinued items and due to health & safety regulations, we cannot refund orders for straws and utensils. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be refunded. If you received a promotional discount on your order, that amount will be deducted from your return. Damaged return items will not be refunded so it is recommended that you package your return in a sturdy box, and request a tracking number for your item. Bon + Co. Party Studio is not responsible for lost/stolen parcels. Custom items are non-refundable.
